    Salivary gland transplant for dry eyes?!
    Just randomly found this on the web--a salivary gland transplant in the eye for dry eyes. How have I not heard about this before? Not only was this done at my alma mater, but it was done more than a decade ago!! I would seriously love a transplant at this point.

    How to monitor Glands by ourselves - avoid more atrophy? Any good tools?
    Do you monitor glands status by yourselves? How?
    Any tools available to take gland images at home?

    My problems are:
    1) I have no luck to find a doctor who takes images for both upper and lower lids/glands.
    They only did lowers, even I beg them. They consider it...
